How we train.

In person.

If you live in or around Denver, CO—or can travel here—we work side-by-side. Time with me is valuable, and we don't waste it. In a typical two-hour session, I see what you actually need, break down your movement, and help you unlock the breakthroughs you’ve been chasing. I'm also available for guest coaching and travel.

Video Analysis.

Video is one of the fastest ways to bridge the gap between sessions. I use voice-over narration, slow-motion, and detailed breakdown tools to pinpoint exactly where you’re losing efficiency, so you can make immediate changes to your technique and tactics.

Remote Programming.

It all starts with a solid blueprint. I build structured training plans customized directly to your schedule and the equipment you have available, blending climbing-specific progression with targeted strength, conditioning, and mobility work.

Competitions.

I'm available to support you right at the venue—handling warmups, managing isolation, navigating appeals, and giving you timely feedback and debriefs between rounds and post-comp.

Communication.

Communication is a big part of the puzzle. I use FaceTime, real-time workout messaging, and post-workout support. Depending on your plan, I'm available for as little or as much communication as you need to stay motivated and consistent.

Make the Plan Your Own.

Your program is completely customizable. You’ll work with me to add the elements that are important to you—from programming and video analysis to weekly or biweekly FaceTime coaching sessions.
